Kathy St Jean Chairman - Warwick, RI
Kathy is a fully certified championship ballroom judge registered with the NDCA and is a certified master level judge with the United Country Western Dance Council. She judges NCDA, Collegiate, UCWDC and USA Dance competitions (including UCWDC World Championships). She has served as Head American Style Coach for the MIT Ballroom Dance Team and Roger Williams University Ballroom Dance Club. Currently she is the Vice President of the UCWDC where she governs the world wide Judge Certification program. 

Randall Deats Emcee - Warwick, RI
Mr. Deats is a fully certified championship level judge with the NDCA. He judges many ballroom competitions; collegiate, regional and national. He was a featured instructor at the USA Dance National Championships.

Randy also is frequently seen as Master of Ceremonies of many competitions throughout the United States.He is an instructor for the University of Rhode Island Ballroom Dance Club and co-Head Coach of the Rhode Island College Ballroom Dance Club. 

Daniel Libatique Music Director - Jersey City, NJ

Daniel Libatique is an Open-level Amateur Smooth and Rhythm dancer who began dancing during his senior year at the College of the Holy Cross in 2009. From there, he earned his Masters at NYU (and rose through the syllabus ranks) and his Ph.D. in Classical Studies at Boston University. He is currently a Visiting Lecturer in Classics at the College of the Holy Cross. His love of music and desire to see collegiate competitions serviced by a DJ attuned to the musical needs of competitors led him to begin an Indiegogo campaign to buy equipment to become a competitive ballroom music director, and the campaign earned 125% of its initial goal within a few months. Recent competition credits include the Big Apple Dancesport Challenge, DC Dancesport Inferno, Tufts, UConn, Harvard Beginners, Harvard Invitational, MIT Open, BU, Worcester Classic, Holy Cross, New England Dancesport Championships (NQE), Gumbo (NQE), Mid-Atlantic (NQE), Manhattan Amateur Classic (NQE), American Dancesport Festival, and socials and showcases for Boston-area studios and the NYU and Tufts teams. 

Leonard Diana Scrutineer - Hartford, CT
Len has been an amateur and competitive dancer with his wife, Dawn, for 15 years. He is active in outreach efforts to show the fun and benefits of ballroom dancing to the general public. Len and Dawn have placed well in regional and national competitions, dancing all four styles, but they now concentrate on American Smooth and International Standard. Len is an NDCA certified Scrutineer and Registrar and has scrutineered numerous amateur, collegiate and Pro/Am competitions throughout the U. S. Outside of dancing, Len is a Certified Opthlamic Assistant for a large practice in Waterbury, CT.
